1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2Description of Service
IPTV Australia provides subscription-based access to internet-delivered television channels and on-demand content ("the Service"), accessed through compatible player applications on your own devices. We provide access credentials and technical support; you are responsible for providing your own compatible device, internet connection, and player application.
3Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4Subscriptions & Payment
- Subscriptions are prepaid for the duration of the plan you select (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
- Plans do not automatically renew unless you have explicitly opted into auto-renewal at checkout.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change for future billing periods, with notice provided before any renewal at a new price.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy.
5Acceptable Use
When using our Service, you agree that you will not:
- Share your account credentials with anyone outside your immediate household beyond your plan's permitted device limit.
- Attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without a separate reseller agreement with us.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with our servers, infrastructure, or security measures.
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward our support staff.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this section, in accordance with Section 12 (Termination).
6Device & Connection Limits
Each subscription plan specifies a maximum number of simultaneous device connections. Attempting to exceed this limit may result in automatic disconnection of additional streams, or account suspension if the limit is exceeded persistently or in a manner consistent with unauthorised sharing.
7Content & Third-Party Rights
IPTV Australia provides access technology and infrastructure; underlying channel and on-demand content is sourced from third-party content providers. We do not claim ownership of the broadcast content made accessible through the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service, including any specific channels or content accessed, complies with the copyright and broadcasting laws applicable in your location. IPTV Australia does not warrant that every channel or piece of content is licensed for redistribution in every jurisdiction.
8Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with IPTV Australia remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
9Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable, high-uptime access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our control (including internet service provider issues on your end) may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for temporary interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the
Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded — see our
Refund Policy for more on your statutory rights.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Australia's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment or inconvenience arising from service interruptions.
12Termination
You may cancel your account at any time; since our plans are prepaid with no lock-in contract, cancellation simply means your subscription will not renew. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms — particularly Section 5 (Acceptable Use) or Section 6 (Device Limits).
13Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts, without limiting any right you may separately have to raise a complaint with a relevant regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy matters.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
