Amazon Fire TV / Firestick Setup

Before installing any app: Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → turn on Apps from Unknown Sources, then install the free Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore — this is how you'll sideload Hot Player and the IBO apps using the codes below.

Firestick FAQ
Double-check "Apps from Unknown Sources" is switched on for the Downloader app specifically — this setting can reset after a Fire TV software update.
This is almost always a mismatched MAC address or a typo in your login details. Re-check everything against your welcome email exactly, then restart the app.
Hot Player, IBO Player Pro and IBO Player all require a paid activation after their free trial period. For customers on a 12-month plan, we pay that activation fee on your behalf for the first year — you don't need to enter any separate payment details into those apps.

MAG Box Setup

MAG boxes use a built-in Stalker-style portal rather than an app store. Setup is a little different from other devices — we do part of it for you.

MAG Box FAQ
Check the sticker on the bottom or back of the box — it looks like six pairs of characters separated by colons, e.g. 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. You can also usually find it on-screen under System Info.

Xtream Codes login means typing a Server URL, Username and Password directly into an app (used by TiviMate and Smarters). MAC-address login means registering your device's unique MAC address against an M3U URL on a website first (used by Hot Player and the IBO apps) — both connect to the exact same subscription.
App Costs & Licences
IPTV Smarters Pro is completely free. Hot Player, IBO Player Pro and IBO Player have a free trial period, after which they require a paid activation — which we cover for you if you're on a 12-month plan. TiviMate has both a free version and a paid Premium tier — the free version offers core functionality, while Premium unlocks extra features.
Hot Player, IBO Player Pro and IBO Player each require a small paid activation fee once their free trial ends. For subscribers on a 12-month plan, we pay that fee on your behalf — you won't need to enter any payment details into those apps yourself.
The covered activation is specifically for 12-month subscribers. On shorter plans, you can still use the free trial period of Hot Player, IBO Player Pro or IBO Player, or simply choose Smarters Pro which is entirely free.
TiviMate's interface and EPG features are widely considered the best in class — many customers find the Premium tier worthwhile for the improved experience. The free version is still very capable.
Credentials & Login Details
They're sent to your email immediately after your subscription is activated — look for Server URL, Username, and Password. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
It's a single link containing your entire channel list, used by apps like Hot Player and the IBO apps instead of separate username/password fields. It's included in the same welcome email as your Xtream Codes.
A MAC address is a unique ID number for your specific device. Apps like Hot Player display it on their main screen the first time you open them — you don't need to look it up separately.

Troubleshooting
Almost always a typo — re-check your Server URL, Username, Password or MAC address character-for-character against your welcome email. Also confirm the URL starts with http:// not https://.
This is usually a local internet speed issue rather than our servers — we recommend at least 25 Mbps for HD and 30+ Mbps for 4K. Restarting your router or switching from WiFi to a wired connection often helps too.
Double-check your login details are entered exactly as provided, then fully close and reopen the app. If channels still don't appear after a minute, contact support.

Roku doesn't support third-party IPTV apps directly. For the best experience on a Roku household, we'd recommend picking up a Firestick or Android TV box instead, which are fully supported.
